Employment Details
Team members at Medical Alternatives support individuals in group homes and semi-independent living environments. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily activities, preparing meals, administering medications, documenting routines, and providing consistent, compassionate care.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record review with a valid driver’s license. Flexible schedules are available, including part-time and full-time positions. CPR and First Aid certification is helpful, with training provided on site, along with two weeks of paid, on-the-job training. A 90-day review is conducted with consideration for a raise.
